Ohm Elektronik enhances power electronics line card with heatsinks manufactured by Aavid Thermalloy. Cooling power semiconductors is now more effective with highly engineered solutions offered by OHM elektronik and Aavid Thermalloy.

Some of the performance increasing solutions offered are the clip systems dedicated for discrete type semiconductors and brazing technology for high fin count.
